Property finder fees

For this tailored service, we charge a fee of 2% of the agreed purchase price of the property. Additionally, during the active search process, we apply a monthly retainer of £2,500. 

This above retainer ensures that our dedicated team can focus on finding properties that perfectly match your criteria, whether you’re seeking a luxurious residence or a strategic investment opportunity. Our goal is to streamline your property acquisition journey, providing expert guidance and negotiation to secure your ideal property at the best possible terms. Fees exclude international travel.
